For payments using others types of credit cards please use our signature on file system: we will need to send you our Credit Card Payment authorization form. To pay by wire transfer we will need to send you our banking information.

All our helitours to El Mirador start from Flores' Mundo Maya International Airport (MGTK). You may arrange your air ticket from Guatemala City or Belize City with us. We work with TACA Regional Airline, TAG Airlines and TROPIC AIR and will gladly arrange your transportation from Flores or from the Tikal Park to the Mundo Maya International Airport to start your tour to El Mirador with us. You may also arrive at Flores' airport on your own aircraft. Contact us at MGTK Ground handling Operations if you have your own aircraft & need our services to land in Guatemala, refuel and get all the pertinent information on aeronautical, legal, ramp services or any other services at this station. / Todos nuestros tours en helicóptero a El Mirador inician desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Mundo Maya (MGTK) de Flores, Petén. Usted puede arreglar su billete de avión desde la Ciudad de Guatemala o desde Belice City con nosotros. Trabajamos con TACA Regional, TAG y TROPIC AIR. También puede organizar su transporte desde Flores o desde el Parque Tikal al Aeropuerto Internacional Mundo Maya para iniciar su tour a El Mirador con nosotros. También puede llegar al aeropuerto de Flores con su transporte aéreo privado. Contáctenos si requiere de servcios de rampa en la estación MGTK a manejo y operaciones en tierra si va a aterrizar en Flores, Guatemala y necesita repostar y obtener toda la información pertinente sobre servicios aeronáuticos, legales, de rampa o cualquier otro servicio en esta estación.

HOW TO SET UP A FIXED DEPARTURE You may start a fixed departure date yourself. All you need to do is to commit to a specific date by submitting your payment & allowing us time to find you other people to sign up for your date of travel, for the day before or the day after. |

This will help us calculate the fuel needed to carry out our operations for each flight. We need your exact weight in pounds and not a mere approximation. |

THE FERRY OR EMPTY LEG During the high season we apply a special rate to bring a helicopter from Guatemala City without passengers to make this adventure possible for more people. The ferries or empty legs are the flights from Guatemala City or Belize City to Flores and from Flores back to the helicopter's hangar. (The ferry is the flight from Guatemala or Belize City to Flores to have a helicopter available in Flores to fly from Flores to El Mirador and back to Flores). |

EL FERRY O PIERNA VACIA Durante la temporada alta aplicamos tarifas especiales reducidas para traer un helicoptero desde la Ciudad de Guatemala para hacer la visita a El Mirador posible para un mayor numero de personas. Los ferries o piernas vacias son los vuelos desde la Guatemala City o Belice y desde Flores de regreso a los hangares de estas aeronaves. (El ferry es el vuelo desde Guatemala o Belice hacia Flores para que este disponible un helicoptero para realizar los vuelos Flores- El Mirador- Flores). |
SPLITTING THE COSTS BETWEEN ALL PARTICIPANTS We only bring our own staff and equipment on the ferries or empty legs and all our helitours start from Flores Airpot. The more sign ups the more people to split the ferry or empty leg with and the less everyone involved has to pay. |

DIVIDIENDO LOS COSTOS ENTRE TODOS LOS PARTICIPANTES Sólo nuestro propio personal y equipo viaja en las porciones ferry y todos nuestros tours empiezan desde el Aeropuerto de Flores.
